Even though I still have around two weeks of lounging and luxury left, I think it can safely be said that the highlight of my sembreak has passed... Yesterday was the day that ADD (now known as FU) reunited for the long-awaited Komikon...
I of course found some way to screw up by waking up late, mainly because the stupid alarm didn't go off... So we were delayed for around an hour or more thanks to me... But things pretty much sailed smoothly after we met at the Fairview Wet Market, if you disregard MJ stabbing herself in the eye with her eyeliner pencil... XD
Noteworthy people/places/evets would be:
** JP paying for our entrance fee... Yosh..!
** Seeing Archangel (Satan) again, with horrendous new hair and a horrendous, I kid, I kid, new girlfriend... *shockgaspfaintdieresurrect* And we were able to verify the identity of his new lady love as his friend who held a torch for him since they were college froshies... Dang, yung lalaking yun, basta may gusto sa kanya papatulan niya ata, eh... I can attest to that... No conversations or even greetings took place between the two of us, which was greatly expected and welcomed... Actually, I wasn't even sure if he would be there... At least he had the decency to keep their PDA out of my line of sight... As if I'd care if he didn't... *LIE*
** My humiliating drawing on the registration sheet... It looked like an egg... And a very unskilled attempt to draw one, at that... It was also brought to my attention by Death Fag that a certain someone's sig was right next to mine... Which I pretended to show no interest in, since it probably didn't matter... But I made pa-simple (yeah for conyoism..!) when later on I asked Dinxy to take a picture of the page we signed on... Then I saw that my sig was actually behind his, which brought me to over-analyze things and jump to unusual conclusions and assumptions, as I usually do... Damn my femininity for producing excess hormones which make me focus on things like this..!
** The Kaoru-headed dude... Early on, we, or more like I, gathered interest in a fellow browser with the same shaped head as Niikura Kaoru of Dir en Grey... They had extremely similar head shape and structure; he even had Kaoru's praiseworthy cheekbones... Not to mention he had a very Macabre era Kaoru hairstyle... The thing is, even though he had Kaoru's head, he had MatsuJun's facial features... Which was cute yet slightly creepy... It's just too bad that he left before we could get a picture of him...
** Lyndon Gregorio... I got my Beerkwatro and Treskada signed and bought Beerlenium... I originally wanted Beerkados, but it was too pricey for me then... I also got a couple of Beekada pins... And of course, before we left, we got a picture with him... But most noteworthy, I got to molest him... And subsequently creeped him out... XD
** Pyramid Head cosplayer... Damn it..! He's creepy as hell...
** Panty shots..! Dinxy and I were victimized by MJ but I was quick enough to delete mine... As for Dinxy's, I still have the file saved on the computer... Wahaha..!
** MJ's man-izing... She managed to pick up one of the comic artists... A fellow Thomasian who proclaims that he is "Lost in Salasco"... What that means, I do not know... But he seems like an interesting fellow with a properly functioning brain, so I guess MJ will be "in love" with the guy for around a week, as usual...
Pictures are of course posted on my Multiply, since that's the only thing it's good for... Bundles of other stuff happened, but due to my habitual laziness, I won't type down everything... Durgh... Besides, I still have comics to read...
